Method Painting

The human mind is a labyrinth of tangled paths, scarred by the raw impulses of our existence: violence, obscenity, sex, and those psychological wounds inflicted by the misconduct of others. Where others write books to find relief or seek escape in extreme sports, I go one step deeper. I explore the limits of my own psyche to transform the complexity and traumas of our being into abstract, expressionist originals. My work is rooted in the principle of Method Painting.

Method Painting is the visual equivalent of Method Acting. It describes an approach where the artist no longer observes from a distance but fully embodies the emotional reality of the subject. It is not about painting pain, madness, or ecstasy; it is about being these states during the creative process.

The artist uses their own psyche as a resonance chamber, entering a controlled trance to tear down the barriers of "beautiful appearances." The goal is absolute truth: the canvas becomes the transcript of an authentic, psychological borderline experience.
My Methodology: Psychological Extraction

I have defined Method Painting for myself as a tool for psychological extraction. My approach is a tightrope walk between total empathy and the looming loss of self.

      1. The Infiltration of the Psyche
My process begins by opening myself to the tangled and often disturbing impulses of the human spirit. I absorb the vibrations of violence, injury, and obscenity. I take in the psychological damage caused by the actions of others. Those dark stains that emerge when information is missing and only pain remains.

      2. Thinking onto the Canvas
I "think" the problems of others directly into the paint. During the performance, I act as a conduit: I explore how deep I can dive into the abysses of human existence without losing my mind. It is a radical act of identification. I become a host for the bizarre actions and forbidden imaginings that usually fester in the shadows.

      3. The Completion
At the end of Method Painting stands the discharge. What remains on the canvas is the purified essence of the complexity experienced moments before. I transform the disturbing and the psychological entanglements into an expressionistic order. The finished original is a strike for freedom: proof that pain and chaos can find a form through art.
A form that no longer rules us, but one we can finally observe.
